Paddy Selection

There are no concessions during the paddy selection process. Only the highest-quality paddy, characterized by excellent grain quality, is chosen, as this directly impacts the final quality of the rice. Paddy with high yield potential and strong resistance to pests and diseases is specifically selected to minimize losses.

Paddy Cleaning

Upon arrival at the mill, all impurities like dirt and stones are removed from the paddy. Additionally, any immature grains are discarded upon identification. Modern dryers are employed to efficiently remove moisture from the rice paddy, ensuring effective drying.

Milling and Warehousing

In the milling process, the husk of the dried paddy is stripped away, revealing rice with a brown texture caused by the presence of bran layers. To enhance its flavor and aroma, the rice is aged for a minimum of one year using advanced storage systems that regulate moisture and temperature.

Pre-cleaning

Another quality check is conducted on the rice to ensure that it is free from impurities such as stones and foreign threads before proceeding through this process.

Polishing

The rice undergoes polishing to achieve a smooth and silky texture, with the process employing either one of two polishers based on specific requirements.

Grading

Length and thickness grading are employed to assess the size of the grains, ensuring uniformity by segregating broken and shriveled grains.

Color Sorting

In the end, a sophisticated color sorting unit is utilized to separate discolored and damaged grains, ensuring the high quality of the product.
